Order Confirmation: Please note that orders are only confirmed after payment is made
Payment: We accept UPI and Bank Transfer
Returns: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges
Cancellations: In an effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, cancellations and refunds are not possible as we aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours of creation
Shipping: Shipping fees will apply and are estimated based on geographical location and overall parcel weight
Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement or refund. We need a box opening video for claims
Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties.

Refunds and Cancellations

We do not provide the option to refund or exchange the product. We request customers check their cart thoroughly before placing an order
Once the order has been placed and paid for, we do not entertain cancellations
To ensure that you receive high-quality products, our team carefully checks each item before it is shipped. However, if you discover a defect or are missing items from your order, please let us know by sending us a video of the box opening. This will allow us to verify your claim and process a replacement or refund if necessary. Please note that we can only accept claims for damaged or missing items if there is a video of the box opening. Claims made after the box has been opened will not be considered
In case an item has been marked as delivered and you have not received the parcel, please let us know within 24 hours and we can register a claim with our shipping partner
